About me
I believe in listening as a way of life.
My path has always moved between art, movement and healing. I come from a background in dance, and I am also a painter, poet and musician.
Alongside my therapeutic work, I guide movement practices such as Contact Improvisation, body scan meditation, handstands and Acro Yoga. These worlds shape how I understand the body, not only as a structure, but as a living, expressive system.
I was drawn to Integrative Craniosacral Therapy at a meaningful crossroads in my life, while searching for both healing and a deeper sense of purpose. I value this method for its precision, its innovation and the way it invites clear assessment and independent thinking.
As a therapist, I bring a calm, intuitive and attentive presence into the room, with sensitivity to subtle patterns, small nuances and the body’s deeper signals.
For me, treatment is a gentle, thoughtful and deeply meaningful space of support, where what matters most is that people leave feeling a little more connected to themselves.
